At Unity Jiu-Jitsu Grand Rapids we are dedicated to enriching the lives of our students through world-class Jiu-Jitsu programs. Creating a welcoming and healthy environment is a team effort. We ask everyone — staff, members, and guests — to follow our Code of Conduct, which is based on our core values: 

Be Positive

Approach each class and training session with a positive and constructive mindset focused on improving your Jiu-Jitsu and enjoying the process. Have a positive impact on your fellow students training alongside you.

Be Respectful

Maintain a respectful environment refraining from foul language, and offensive or negative behavior.

Be Honest

Maintain an environment of honesty; be honest and forthcoming with your instructor regarding your training; be honest and straightforward with your training partners.

Train Hard

Be aware that your effort will determine your results, but remember that each of us goes at our own pace on our own personal journeys.

Fight the Hardest

Whatever your fight is, be brave, and stay strong.

Safety

Contribute to a safe and clean Jiu-Jitsu environment by following your professor's instructions and the rules of the training facility. 

Adherence to Unity Jiu-Jitsu Grand Rapids Code of Conduct and regulations is essential.
